Krys Ardayfio

Chief of Staff, National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE)

Krys Ardayfio is currently Chief of Staff at the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) where she helps ensure the workforce is prepared for work, and that work is prepared to receive them. Prior to joining NACE, Ardayfio served as Associate Director of Career Education at MIT Sloan School of Management, and Workforce Development Consultant Ivy Tech Community College. Her work also extends into equitable outcomes such as with her role preparing health professionals to address healthcare disparities at University of Indianapolis and St. Vincent Ascension Health, and at the United States’ largest medical school, Indiana University School of Medicine, as the first Director of Multicultural Affairs.

Ardayfio’s professional foundation was built in economic development, first as an Economic Development Program Manager focused on entrepreneurship at Nuestra Comunidad, and then as a District Business Manager for the Boston Redevelopment Authority where she was appointed by the mayor to launch and co-manage a flagship joint workforce and employer resource center, a model for preparing and tightly connecting the workforce and employers.

Ardayfio earned her MBA from University of Indianapolis and is now pursuing a PhD with a focus on the impact of trauma on the education space and workplace. She’s passionate about growing and living in her purpose; and she’s equally passionate about helping others do the same in their personal, academic, and professional pursuits.
